Xiaomi Redmi 4A is all set launch today on Thrusday at 12pm via AmazonIndia, and it will also available via their own site mi.com. The decided price for this smartphone will Rs 5999 and available in 2 colour variant - Dark grey and Gold. There's another colour will be available on 6th of April, i.e Rose gold. via mi.com.

On Thursday, Amazon India also has a launch day offer for the Xiaomi Redmi 4A - 10 percent cashback via the website, mobile site, and app if users purchase the phone using IndusInd Bank's credit or debit cards. Another Xiaomi Redmi 4A launch offer is a Rs. 50 discount on official Mi cases for the smartphone (down from Rs. 399 to Rs. 349) and Rs. 200 promotional credit for the Kindle Store. The Kindle Store credit will be provided only to the first 100,000 customers; eligible recipients must redeem the credit within 90 days of claiming the offer.

Xiaomi unveil smart IRCTC SMS feature

Xiaomi on Monday launched its new budget smartphone Redmi 4A which is touted as revamp of the popular redmi 1s. Apart from this new design Xiaomi announces its new sms feature that will soon get started with an update in MIUI.

The company said that IRCTC messages are quite popular in country. Normally, the confirmation message is in the form of a standard text message which mentions the PNR, train number, time of departure and destination. The new version of MIUI will instead display the message in a neat ticket-like format as shown in the image above. The redesigned IRCTC message feature will not immediately be available, but the company promises that it will come soon to MIUI, which likely means that other Xiaomi smartphones on MIUI 8 and above will also get the new SMS feature.

The Xiaomi Redmi 4a launched in India at price the lowest as 5999 and also support 4g VOLTE networks in India.

The Xiaomi Redmi 4A in Dark Grey and Gold colour options will be available on Amazon India and Mi.com starting 12pm IST, Thursday. Meanwhile, the new Rose Gold colour variant will go on sale on April 6 exclusively on Mi.com.
