Meizu is back with another budget oriented smartphone called Meizu M5. This device is available in two variants with different RAM and Storage sense, but the main feature is their price, both variants are priced below Rs 10,000.
Meizu M5 is vary comfortable to hold in hands thanks to its rounded edges and 2.5D curved edge glass.The borders of the screen is not so thick that's why giving a pleasant look from front. There's is LED notification light, earpiece and camera, but however all three are not lying symmetrically in a line.
Meizu M5 has a physical home button under which there's lying fingerprint sensor. There is no navigation buttons available, howsoever on single tap on home button takes you step back, and app switcher is accessed on swiping up from bottom of the screen. There's no option to enable onscreen buttons.
The volume and power buttons are located on the right of the device, SIM tray is hybrid SIM slot which can accommodate 2 SIM cards or 1 SIM and microSD card, located on left. Meizu claims that it is anodised metal frame inside but not visible because on side and back is made of plastic.
Meizu M5 has a display 5.2 inch HD but onscreen colours become little dull. Smartphone has great viewing angles and under sunlight letters are visible. After all phone looks not so bad.
Fingerprint sensor works well but but in some instances it work or not accurate. But on other hand phone comes with many handy features
Under this phone there is an octacore Mediatek MT6750 processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB storage, other variant have 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. Both were priced around Rs 7000 and Rs 9500.
